The cooperative "Apo Kardias " is a group of small producers, united by love and passion for our land and its products.
Our headquarters is in a small village in the southernmost tip of Messinia , Vasilitsi. Our families, like the rest of the inhabitants of the area, have been involved in olive farming and agricultural production in general for many decades and we intend to continue and strengthen this tradition. In order for this to happen, we have therefore decided to unite our farms and our forces and to try, through cooperation and solidarity, to make once again viable the occupation in the agricultural sector, without any discount in the owed respect for nature, products and people. Our aim is to produce high quality organic agricultural products and at the same time to make organic farming, the protection of nature and a cooperative model of work more attractive for other producers in the region. The biggest part of our production is olive oil, table olives and raisins. Over the years, the traditional crops of our region. Additionally, however, in recent years we have also been cultivating aromatic plants such as oregano and thyme. All our crops are either certified organic or in transition.
